 BeginningOur organization was created in 1987 by three seacoast women dedicated to servicing the real estate needs of the local community.  The name of "Atrio" represents the three original founders, a trio of women, of our company.  During the recession of the late 1980's and early 1990's Linda Webb led the agency through the dramatic changes in the marketplace. 

TransitionIn 2000, after five consecutive years as the top producing agent in the company and receiving his Masters Degree in Business and Economics at the Whittemore School, Aaron Brown purchased the company from Linda Webb.  An agressive search for additional talent and expansion of the organization is implemented.  Motto "Achieving Your Goals is Our Success" is established to demonstrate the client based business model.  Offices in Hampton Falls and Dover are opened during this period of growth.  In late summer 2006 Dover office that Linda Webb was managing is closed.  Mrs. Webb leaves Atrio Properties GMAC Real Estate to continue her real estate career as a sales associate at a company closer to her home in Maine.  Aaron Brown continues to lead Atrio Properties GMAC Real Estate with assistance of a dedicated group of sales partners and Charlene Macdonald, office manager in Hampton Falls.

CurrentOur partnership with GMAC Real Estate officially began in Febuary 2005 with the sigining of the strategic partner agreement.  In entering this relationship it was important to us that all stakeholders in our organization were in allignment with the decision so our due diligence period was extensive (over one year).  By stakeholders we mean first and foremost our clients, then our sales partners, then management and finally our families.  We were impressed by what this relationship could offer us and the systems that GMAC Real Estate had in place to help make us an organization that exceeded expectations at all levels.  What we have experienced is that we have established a strong relationship with a global company focused on training, customer service and accountability.  The support from GMAC Real Estate has been impressive and their interest in assisting us in our success at the local level is real, effective and tangible.

We have aligned ourselves as a "one stop shop" in the model of a Home Service Company. Some of the services that our clients need are provided directly in house; Atrio Properties GMAC Real Estate offers real estate brokerage, residential mortgage offered through our sister company Market Square Mortgage (staffed and managed in-house), property development and property management through our other sister company EZRA Real Estate (staffed and managed in-house).  Some of these services are provided by preferred vendors; GMAC Home Warranty, insurance, property maintenance, home inspection, legal assistance, and lifestyle enhancement offerings.  Many of the preferred vendor services can be reviewed through our Home Rewards program.  The Home Rewards program is set up to assist you in accessing our business to business network where affiliated business will offer you "value added" discounts and service guarantees.
